22 August 2025 — FangKuai Boiler today unveiled its 75-ton “Lego” style modular boiler, a factory-assembled medium-temperature, medium-pressure boiler designed to be stacked and installed on site like building blocks. The modular approach promises dramatically faster installation, reduced site footprint and simplified operation and maintenance for industrial and commercial users.
Branded as a “MODULAR ASSEMBLY FACTORY” solution, FangKuai’s 75T modular boiler ships as pre-assembled modules that can be rapidly combined on site. The system is aimed at customers who need reliable steam/heat generation but want to cut installation time, reduce civil works and lower the complexity of commissioning and later upkeep.
Top-mounted large steam drum — The boiler features a separately arranged, top-mounted large steam drum that improves water circulation reliability and provides greater steam space, delivering higher steam quality.
Flat (low-profile) layout — FangKuai’s proprietary flattened layout reduces the height of the tube bundle and membrane wall to about 50% of conventional bulk boilers, significantly lowering vibration risk during operation.
Wing-tube condensation technology — The combustion flue gas travels in a straight path from furnace → convective section → economizer → condenser → chimney without turns. The design minimizes overall gas resistance and vibration risk while improving heat recovery.
Faster installation: Factory-finished modules allow on-site assembly that resembles snapping Lego pieces together, shortening project schedules.
Smaller footprint: The compact, stacked modules occupy less land — an advantage where space and civil-work costs are constrained.
Easier operation & maintenance: Simpler layout and modular design reduce maintenance complexity and downtime.
Applications: Suitable for manufacturing plants, commercial buildings, district heating nodes and other facilities requiring stable medium-temperature, medium-pressure steam or hot water.
FangKuai’s 75T modular boiler underlines the company’s push toward modular, factory-assembled solutions that reduce total project time and on-site risk while maintaining or improving steam quality and system reliability.
Fangkuai Boiler participated in the 8th China Heating Academic Annual Conference, held in Harbin from August 22–25, 2025. The conference featured two main forums and sixteen subforums focused on cutting-edge industry topics including cross-seasonal heat storage, smart heating, multi-source coupled heat-pump systems, and energy-saving strategies for heating networks.
