Case introduction

The Qinghai Yushu centralized clean energy heating project connected with Fangkuai Boiler Co., Ltd. has fully entered the joint debugging and testing stage. The project uses a total of 2 10Kv high-voltage electrode boilers. The entire heating system adopts cloud service comprehensive management and control, which can realize on-demand heating and automatically adjust the system temperature and flow according to the current outdoor temperature changes, so as to achieve the purpose of unmanned operation and energy saving and consumption reduction.

Making green energy "speak" through the cloud, making green energy intelligent and life-oriented, is of great significance to ensuring heating for people's livelihood and promoting the development of clean energy. After multiple technical surveys and solution docking by our team in the early stage, we overcame difficulties such as the project being located on a plateau and the height of the boiler room being limited.

The smooth implementation of this project will further improve the clean level of winter heating in Qinghai and promote the continuous improvement of environmental quality. Fangkuai electrode boiler uses the lowest unit energy consumption cost as the operation control logic to meet the energy-saving standards of green buildings; the intelligent control system has fast response speed and precise control; modular design, easy expansion, and flexible response to future load changes.

Fangkuai remote service platform provides digital and intelligent services for the project, realizing functions such as remote monitoring and fault warning. At the same time, it comprehensively displays the operating data of each main equipment of the project, energy consumption analysis, etc., while ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the system, it maximizes energy conservation and consumption reduction and reduces economic costs.
