FangKuai Secures 50 TPH Electrode Steam Boiler Project for Hospital in Saudi Arabia

Recently, FangKuai Boiler successfully signed a project for a large hospital in Saudi Arabia in the Middle East. The project will supply electrode steam boilers with a total steam capacity of 50 tons per hour.

With its advanced electrode boiler technology and extensive experience in overseas industrial projects, FangKuai stood out among several international competitors and won the contract.

Electrode steam boilers generate heat by allowing high-voltage electric current to pass directly through water. Because water has electrical resistance, it instantly converts electrical energy into heat, producing steam with very high efficiency—often above 99%. For regions with high energy demand like the Middle East, this means more steam output with less energy consumption.

The project also required equipment capable of operating in extreme environmental conditions. In Saudi Arabia, summer ground temperatures can exceed 50 °C, which places strict demands on equipment stability. During the R&D stage, FangKuai conducted high- and low-temperature cycling tests and dust environment simulations to ensure reliable performance. The boiler is also equipped with an automatic intelligent control system, allowing stable operation even in harsh climates while reducing manual intervention.

International certification is a key requirement for overseas projects. FangKuai boilers have obtained ASME and CE certifications, which helped establish strong technical credibility during the project bidding process.
