May 30, 2025 – Fangkuai Boiler’s project manager, Mao Zhongdi, has successfully signed a contract with Harbin Hejia Pharmaceutical for the delivery of two 4-ton Eurui 7 boilers, injecting fresh momentum into the pharmaceutical equipment market across Northeast China.

Leveraging its deep expertise in pharmaceutical applications, Fangkuai’s sales team pinpointed Hejia Pharmaceutical as a high-potential partner. Over the course of three months, the team made seven on-site visits and held multiple technical workshops to tailor the Eurui 7 solution precisely to Hejia’s production needs. Faced with the industry’s stringent requirements for condensate recovery and Hejia’s elevated technical benchmarks, the Eurui 7 boilers demonstrated their superiority through an innovative waste-heat recovery system—recapturing over 8 percent of exhaust heat—and a water-reclamation rate of up to 80 percent. This combination of energy efficiency and resource conservation not only met Hejia’s sustainability goals but also delivered significant cost savings, perfectly aligning with the rigorous demands of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

To further validate Fangkuai’s capabilities, a Hejia Pharmaceutical delegation conducted an intensive two-day audit of Fangkuai’s manufacturing campus. From its state-of-the-art automated production lines and comprehensive quality-control protocols to its robust R&D infrastructure and full-life-cycle support services, Fangkuai’s end-to-end excellence impressed the visiting team. In a competitive tender against industry peers including Diesen, TeFu, and Zhongzheng, the Eurui 7 boilers’ advanced technology and customized commercial offering ultimately secured Hejia’s trust and this landmark order.
Looking ahead, Fangkuai Boiler will continue to drive innovation and deepen its industry-specific solutions, writing new chapters of collaboration across ever more specialized sectors. Guided by the principle of “everything for customer convenience,” Fangkuai remains committed to advancing high-quality development in Northeast China’s pharmaceutical equipment field and to delivering superior products and services to its clients.
FangKuai Boiler has successfully commissioned the world’s first large-capacity methanol–hydrogen dual-fuel boiler at the Zhundong Base in Xinjiang. The system enables flexible switching between green methanol and hydrogen, marking a significant milestone in clean, low-carbon industrial energy supply and providing a replicable solution for high-energy-consuming industries.
Qingdao, China — Autumn 2025 — FangKuai Boiler Co., Ltd. made a striking appearance at the 67th National Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo & China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo held in Qingdao. As a leading name in industrial boiler technology, FangKuai’s booth at Hall CW-9 (West Entrance) drew steady crowds and emerged as one of the event’s standout attractions.
FangKuai’s 75T “Lego” modular boiler ships as factory-assembled modules that stack on site for fast installation, a smaller footprint and easier maintenance. Key features include a top-mounted large steam drum for better steam quality, a flattened low-profile layout to cut vibration risk, and a straight-path wing-tube condensation design for low resistance and efficient heat recovery.
