Recently, a 60 TPH, 5.3 MPa SZS water tube steam boiler customized by FangKuai for Tangshan Dimu Chemical was successfully delivered to the project site. Installation has now been completed, and the boiler has entered the commissioning stage.
The project represents another important application of FangKuai’s large-capacity, sub-high-pressure steam boiler technology in the chemical industry.
Tangshan Dimu Chemical is engaged in the deep processing of coking by-products. Its production facilities include a 100,000-ton/year mixed benzene hydrogenation unit and a 150,000-ton/year crude benzene hydrogenation unit, converting coking by-products into higher-value chemical products such as pure benzene and mixed xylene.
The company is also advancing a 400,000-ton/year disproportionation project, creating higher requirements for stable and efficient process steam supply.
To support this capacity expansion, FangKuai developed a customized 60 t/h, 5.3 MPa SZS water tube steam boiler solution for the project.
